Description Tweaked the shadows
Compiz no longer shows the window decorations when maximized
Window button applet
Panel is now on the right with a custom background
Clock is now in a better position, in my opinon
Side panel is now 48px large.

Lost the link to the wallpaper. sorry :C

Could you please tell me how you got your panel like that? (Global Menu and window decorations on them when maximized)

On CCSM under the Window Decoration plugin, add '(!state=maxvert)' to the 'Decoration windows' field. This removes window decorations from maximized windows.

These are the plugins I'm using. I can confirm that they work for Ubuntu 12.04 under GNOME Classic, both with and without effects.

BE SURE YOU HAVE ALL 5 'Internal' OPTIONS CHECKED on the 'Behavior' section of the Window Buttons applet's preferences.
