GALARIAN PONYTA CONTEST DRESS UP

I went for a buttons and bows theme to imagine what my Ponyta would look like in a Pokemon contest performance! This is my 2nd version of ponyta. I refined the pattern and did the glow version hair. Sadly she has been an on and off project in between Animal Crossing stuff. When I have time I'll do a standard hair boy twin version to match. What do you think? Is it pastel enough?
