You remember that scare in 1999, where everyone thought all the computers would "explode" on midnight of new year as computers weren't designed for those kinds of numbers, or more specifically would be indistinguishable with 1900 and thus mess up storage tracking and formatting the more you knoooow. Well, they were half right: on the surface, everything worked well, but in reality it created this Digimon to contain the computer paradox: Paradoxmon

Paradoxmon is very similar to Parallelmon in that they are a powerful force of data, but instead of being disconnected with Zones, Paradoxmon is able to travel through time. They use this ability to alter history in order to maintain its own life, going out of its way to pluck people from their own time and dumping them somewhen else. In fact, they have the ability to travel to a Zone that, technically, does not exist yet or hasn't existed. They do this in an effort for those individuals to not find ways to interfere with its life and live in solidarity.

Now for the part that relates to Zone: Alex . See Paradoxmon took Alex from a young age from his home Zone and dropped him off in Savers Zone. Which on the the surface, shouldn't happen as Savers Zone had not been created by Izzy yet, at least the one we know today. This was not an issue for Paradoxmon, being out of sync with all time. However, there was something that was not counted on; Alex returning to his home Zone of Adventure. More specifically, going back in time to the "destined" time, something Paradoxmon was unable to stop due to the Clockmaker (Baguramon) customising Alex's Xros Loader as to allow him to be unaffected by time, to a degree. This was an event Paradoxmon wanted to prevent, as this would mean Alex would get the key that would eventually destroy Paradoxmon, or at least severely weaken them. Only time will tell...
