I'd love to see these guys brought back in an "official" capacity in future TMNT media! I don't count their little uncredited cameo in the Turtles Forever movie as official.

They appeared in an episode of the 1987 cartoon. It wasn't a cameo, either.

Yeah, Dirk Savage: Mutant Hunter was a pretty good episode! Sadly, T & R took a backseat to the overall plot and their storyline was pretty much forgotten about by the end of the episode.
