Really nice portrait. The look in her eyes is very captivating and interesting, and it adds up to the rest of her features. The lighting is quite good too. But as ~twylasilverneedle said, you should have tried to focuse in one feature of her face to make it more impacting. I would recommend her eyes or lips, for those are her best.

the angle you are using is simple, the whole picture as a whole is quite lovely but the camera focus is too broad, you should try to focus on one feature. Example: the focal point is the Eyes (or nose or lips or checks, whatever you want i'm just using eyes as an example) and the rest of the face is a background to the eye.
I like the way the hair slightly falls over her eyes.
