Omg, the hair is simply amazing! You captured the slight blur (I think it's called that o_o) very nicely! And the eyes pop out of the picture

What a wonderful piece. It seems almost like the face is very sharp and in focus and the rest from the neck down out of focus/blurry effect. 
I was wondering, like a German commenter was, how you did the white hairs.... I'm Dutch, so I can read most of it, except for the word : Nadel.
So what I understood, you put small lines down with a "Nadel" which you can rub out later, and some you rub out with a sharp eraser? (feinen Radierer) Where do you get a feined Radierer 
Sorry for the silly questions, but you never know when there's tool out there that you don't know of

Hey sorry I somehow lost sight of your comment! You guessed right about the "Nadel" thing, it's a needle and you can rub out the lines later!
The eraser looks like this [link] (left side, next to the brush).
You can buy it in bigger shops or in online stores

I always wondered how you do the hair so finely? I found myself spending over 30 hours on a drawing I decided to throw away, it was the eyes I struggled most on.
When I go around DA I noticed that there are quite a few people who slightly play with the curves or levels in photoshop, which makes a drawing nice, but slightly leads the viewers to some dishonesty >_<
