Description
So this is a concept that was originally called 'Babysitting' and there was another pega-foal but he got lost in the design and the whole thing was too crowded so it became the story of a mother and her child. The idea came to me when I was looking at a concept to do something original and you don't see many baby pegasi, and for all those ickle flying ponies, you never see their home! So here's my nest....

Lots of painting, I drew the wings with my tablet. I fully downloaded a wing painting tutorial in order to attempt them realistically (with great intentions) however I actually like this effect better. It's a bit dreamlike, and along with the cloudy border (brushes I made years ago) it makes the whole thing seen like a dream. With great thanks to the stock artists <3 couldn't do it without you!!
