+HISTORY: Terra grew up in Aquinyl with a researcher for a father and a nurse for a mother. While her parents were working, she often stayed with a family friend, Rita, a retired Pokemon researcher who bred and raised rare Pokemon. Terra grew up an only child with a hefty appreciation for the sciences and had a fairly unremarkable and uneventful childhood – having no family involvement in the military thus far – until she found what was to become her best friend and most trusted Pokemon. An egg was abandoned at her parent’s doorstep; they offered it to Rita to raise, at first, but the then-senior Terra requested to claim it as her own and raise it herself. A rare female Riolu hatched out of it, and Terra named her Ariko.
Ariko bonded with Terra despite their opposing personalities – Terra was a laugh-loving teenager and Ariko was an unusually stern and stoic little Riolu – and when Terra started an internship researching medical science with her father Ariko was her ever-present lab assistant. After several years of bonding, Ariko evolved into a Lucario due to her and Terra’s strong friendship.
After working for several years, a good friend of Terra’s who enlisted in the army some months before was reported dead. Terra was upset by this and Ariko did her best to comfort her; for the first time she turned her attention on the war that had been raging outside of the city for years.
She began to think about what her friend had died for – the war that would decide how the countries were divided or otherwise – and the more she thought about it the more she believed that she could help if she joined the military. Her father’s research didn’t require her, after all, and Ariko was a type of powerful Fighting type Pokemon. She was a legal adult and applied to the military a few months after her friend’s death.

Extreme Speed: The user charges the foe at blinding speed. This attack always goes before any other move.

Desc: Luciana uses her boots and charges at the target with a flying punch, using her charged up glove.

Close Combat: The user fights the foe up close without guarding itself. It also cuts the user’s Defense and Sp. Def.

Desc: Luciana uses several quick punches with her charged gloves and maybe some armored kicks, but it leaves her wide open for attack.

Force Palm: The foe is attacked with a shock wave. It may also leave the target paralyzed.

Desc: Luciana charges up a glove with power and hits a target in a pressure point or armorless area as hard as she can. The shockwave from the glove's energy can stun her opponent.

Aura Sphere: The user looses a blast of aura power from deep within its body at the target. This move is certain to hit.

Desc: Luciana focuses energy from the power cores on her suit into a projectile form of energy weapon, and then fires it at the enemy.
