A new character somewhat inspired by Chipzel's song "Otis" --> www.youtube.com/watch?v=JiWe8Q…Otis is suppose to be sort of the opposite of Snake eyes. Otis represents freedom, carelessness and peace while Snake eyes is rebellious, violent and daring. A majority of this piece was almost all done in different shades of blue, hope ya like! ^3^
