I'm not doing a bio... It's Goku and nothing has really changed for him.
Notes:
Goku during the latter half of GT. Since I decided to use the GT dogi as the outfit he wears during the first search for the Dragon Balls against Pilaf (similar to Path to Power), the End of Z dogi is going to be used for his adult GT outfit so that it gets a little more time to shine.
Also, a reminder that Hitozaru/SS4 is no longer "magic". It doesn't change his clothes. Goku simply takes off the over shirt and belt (or has them damaged), and the orange belt was beneath it the whole time.

No. I have no intention of returning their divine ki in the GT era unless the modern Super material surpasses the AGE that GT is set to take place during and I have to start weaving content into each other.

That may mean they never get it back. I know Masako Nozawa said they're hoping to go to 700 episodes, but dang, that'll be a long time coming.

Why does Goku's tail become yellow when in SSJ? In Bardock's OVA (considered oficial) and in GT (they asked Toriyama how to do tails) they didn't change color... I've seen the disclaimer, but I wanna know if it's to make one form more different than the other... Design only or it has some connection with history...?

Consistency. The tail hair is the same as the Ozaru's body hair. All the body goes blonde as a Super Ozaru, so I made it change colors here, too. Simple as that.
BTW, there's nothing stating they asked Toriyama anything about tails for GT (which features both blonde and brown tails).

Hey, Devil? Since this is Goku in the second half of GT, I'm gonna make a guess. After the Black Star Dragon Balls turned to stone, the wish made on Goku was reversed, turning him back into an adult. Am I correct?

No. I have no idea what I'm doing with that. My original design I never posted was a lot like his Resurrection "F" outfit. But now that exists and I have to find a way to "update" it like I did Vegeta...unless he gets new another set of new clothes before then.

That's kinda why I did what I did with it; tackling the hair kinda uniquely compared to all the other versions of the gods forms, legendary or not.

The colors are as you see them; the only thing that's red is the eyes because he has a blue flame aura in base.
No, the form is only obtainable when you have the position of a god. Once the time limit runs out, you have to wait until the recovery time runs its course before you can activate it again. People cheering has no effect...
I plan on updating all the sheets in the Redrawing folder, just be patient.

Mostly mental/spiritual training I guess. After he accessed the Legendary God version, he'll still feel like that power is there after he gets his position as a god revoked. It'll take him a decent chunk of time, but eventually he'll figure out how to access that power on his own via the regular God forms. That's what he's going to do with most of his time he spends in space on the ship during the GT portion of the project. If you want something to help you think of how hard this is, I guess you can consider it like a SUPER complex 3D ball maze...that'll do as a metaphor I guess: [link]
After unlocking the base form, he'll have to figure out how to "thread" that power into the next transformation state by completing another "maze". Monkey-man up there is the hardest, because it's technically a combined form already.

Because the position was always intended to be temporary; just a way to allow Goku to gain the power of the Legendary Super Saiyan God that Birus wanted to fight, that way the Hakaishin wouldn't blow up shit out of frustration. Goku doesn't like the fact that the form's power was handed to him and he never wanted to be a god anyway. I mean, he turned down the offer to take over as the God of Earth way back after he defeated Piccolo...
