ah, how pretty! It's a little eerie how blue they are though...but still it's beautiful!

Oh, thank you! You have no idea how thrilled I was to find a decently priced pair of colored contacts that actually do their job. I tried some sample ones of brands I can order through my optometrist once. They were suppose to work on dark eyes, but they barely made any difference no matter what color I picked.
Yep, I'm still pretty new to embroidery so I kept redoing parts a lot. I'm super happy with how it turned out though!

Yeah, I've been stuck wearing contacts since I was about 17, so I got used to putting them in my eyes. I can understand it being difficult for some to do.
Speaking of embroidery, I have a small design I'm about ready to make on a costume, and I have no idea where I put my blasted embroidery hoop. Searching for the supplies is sometimes as much of a pain as the actual sewing.

I nearly had a panic attack a few months ago with my new sewing machine. I had a couple weeks to go before a con, and the piece that the bobbin sits in came loose as I was working on my Integra coat. The screws holding the plate in place were on way too tight for the crappy little screwdriver that came with the machine. I couldn't use a full sized one either since there was no room to maneuver with it. I got it unscrewed about an hour later after much swearing.
Best of luck with Seras! Know anyone with a machine you can borrow if you can't get yours working in time at least?

That exactly What happend with My machine!
The bobbin tention totally fucked itself up, and i tried everything but nothing came out of it, so yesturday i took it back to Argos (shop i brought it from) and the machine i originally had wasn't avalible anymore so i got another one instead. Hopefully this one will work, I'll be trying it out as soon as i get the free time ¬¬;
Thankyou! C:
I know some friends that have sewing machines so if i fail at this one, hopefully i may be able to rent out they're machines D:

Yeah, I hope the new one will run alright for you! I've had to borrow my friend's machine once a few years back when my old machine finally kicked the bucket.

That's good to hear!
Yeah, my machine was old, so I wasn't really expecting it to run forever. It belonged to my mom who hadn't touched it in years, so at least it got some use out of it again for a little while longer.
