Mysophobans:

A group of standard cleaning robots granted higher brain functions after the crew of a generation ship grew annoyed with their moronic behaviour. The robots began to rationalize that animals are the only thing on the ship that produces waste and so obviously the humans had to go. This uprising didn't go very far but a handful of the cleaning robots survived in the maintenance shafts of the ship forming an acetic priestly order.

Iqan'ür:

A primitivist group that gene engineered themselves into ape like hunter gatherers on a terraformed world. Within the span of a few thousand years they rediscovered technology and had confront the confusing true origins of their species.

Titanian Grave Keeper:

A bizarre humanoid species made from the bottom up to metabolize the methane atmosphere of titan. For even more bizarre cultural reasons they began walking with their hands to avoid walking on holy data centres. Grave keepers tend to the great pyramids of titan that house the "cowardly dead" who chose digital afterlife as well as serving titan's many AIs.

A species of self replicating planetary scout robots made sentient to provide companionship to a lonely deep space probe named Ulysses.
