I think this picture is about one year old.. but that doesn't matter! What matters is, this is one of my favourite dishes and very delicious (and luxury). It's a mix of crème fraîche, mayonnaise, fresh shrimps, red onion, roe and dill. This dish we eat in either a croustade or with baked potatoes.
