Meh. I like the drawing. But you kinda. Not that theres anything wrong ith proportion. Since there is never a wrong way to draw it in this style. But it looks weird.

"Going on all fours" is pretty understandable. There's not really a "correct" way to say it, since it's hardly casual conversation
