I love the way your style is evolving. especially the eyes.
your shading is fantastic, too. <3 I agree that the hair and face look really detailed, whereas the body/arms look very plain in comparison.. the way to fix that is to add lots of folds and wrinkles in the clothes. study the way shirts lie on people when you get the chance. it really is fun to draw once you master it.
The hair is really lovely, and I love that you showed her makeup <3
Right now you've pretty much mastered hair and eyes, but I think you should work on the body. bodily proportions, anatomy, and especially clothing folds and wrinkles. do some of those exercises and your art will skyrocket.
