Overall this is another good deviation, there's a lot of cuteness and energy, which is good. Plus she stands out really awesomely against the background. It caught my eye as I was browsing through the critiques page.
So one of the things that I noticed was her hand. This was mentioned in another critique, it seems unnatural the way she has it positioned. But I'd like to go a little more in depth with an explanation of the hand. Alright, so if you were to hold your hand out to a person like she is, you'll notice that your hand for the most part only goes down. Your fingers can go in all sorts of crazy directions, however it stretches them out (which feels good), so it is possible to draw crazy fingers, so thats not really a problem. But really no matter how you position your hand, you'll won't be able to replicate that hand. And here's why. e.deviantart.com/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
The way you drew the thumb. With the way that you drew her hand, her thumb would be facing towards her hair. If you were to move her thumb about 90 degrees to our right, then the hand would look natural. If you were to reposition the thumb, then her pose would be picture perfect.
The only other thing that I really notice, is that maybe you should have added some more wrinkles in the clothing towards her hand. That area of her shirt looks like its a little flat compared to the rest of the deviation.

Well, first and foremost, the hand she's offering looks very messed up. It's not positioned correctly for what she's doing. Try holding your hand like that - it's very awkward and unnatural. Her thumb should be pointed way off to the side, essentially flattening her hand. But even if you didn't do that, look at the line you've drawn to fill the gap between the base of her thumb and the part of the hand connecting to the pinky finger. That line should stop right at the thumb, and the thumb line should continue downward a bit, cutting off that line. You've done it the other way around, making it seem like the thumb is pointing backwards, at her. But again, rather than correcting that, the thumb should be pointed to the side, not upwards.
Everything else is just awesome though. Wow. O_O

The colours are so vibrant! It makes me happy to look at this picture because its such a happy colourful picture bursting with energy. I love your shading in her hair, eyes and skirt. The skirt pattern is really something! You've done such a great job. =3
