Description
Of the many races and species in the deep cosmos, Phantasmos rank as one of the oldest in the galaxy. They are one of the first sapients created by Fertility God Lyks'Thobo. They are ghostly beings, with several tentacles springing from their lower body and a crest holding a long row of eyes. Their haunting figure is complemented by a light purple and tan coloration.

Their most distinctive trait, however, is their tissue is composed of a compound so thin, they are able to float through almost all elements and compounds, even most metal alloys. In addition to this, they are able to live in a variety of atmospheres, ranging from oxygen to hydrogen-based, and even out in the emptiness of space.

They communicate through various high pitched whistles, many of which are outside the range of human hearing. They live in conical structures with no visible entryways (As they would be of little use to them). Additionally, they live very minimalist lives, with all their infrastructure being composed of basic shapes.

Being one of the oldest sapients in the galaxy, it comes as no surprise that they are found over thousands of planets, as a few have even come to Earth. However, due to their thin composition, almost no fossilized traces can be found on Earth, so there is no telling how many have visited the planet.

They are incredibly incomprehensible to all but the most sound of mind, and even then, their whistling chatter has been described as "maddening".
