I really love this one! The colors are so bright and the bg was extremely well done. I also adore how happy and playful Sailor Moon looks. ^^ You depicted her well. I am having a hard time picking my favorite thing in this one. ^^
The only thing I would recommend being more careful about is the positioning of the characters. This was it almost looks like Sailor Moon was kicking Serenity in the bg in the nose. XD (I do not mean to sound rude, just trying to help!)

yes the position is a bit weird xD but i wanted to use the foot to hide serenities face 'cause the first time nobody knows who serenity is xD

Saw this in Marker Mania group. I have to say, this is wonderful work! I love how you made the white parts of her armor shiny. It was done with markers right? Seems difficult to do.

I like Sailor Moon/Princess Serenity with the white ( almost like silver ) hair and the blue eyes - a bit more than the blonde.
Wonderful! The colors are so smooth in the image and that is what I adore about it, oh and the coloring ^_^
