Description
This image was created on behalf of a good friend of mine, for her dear sistre who's crazy about flying horses. I don't usually draw animals and this is my first time drawing a horse. Getting the shading of the muscles of the body right took alot of research and patience. But in the end things seem to have worked out exceptionally well.Illustrated and colored with color pencils. Manipulated in Photoshop.

I mean, when I look at it up close, I see how much detail you put into it. The colors, too... wow!! How they all kind of blend at a time, but are still separate... and how they're kind of faded.
So glad you did this....... IT IS FANTASTIC!!

Excellent color work. Good use of lights and darks, gives the piece both depth and texture.
I think you don't even need the lens flare on there, but that's just me. Don't feel it really adds anything to the piece.
