Needa is part of my favourite " Imperial Trio " , i think it's just so unfair that he was killed over such a minor mistake , given that Vader himself could help but watch the Falcon fly away from Echo base

Nah, imperial pinups are old hat in the fandom, it's just that, uh, male ones are more rare. 
(I mean, I'm not drawing them because it's hilarious, I'm drawing it for... equal opportunities, let's go with that. I don't see why the imperial men shouldn't have their fun too LOL!)
