Description
James "Rhody" Rhodes was a soldier of the USA army, also Tony's best friend. During a party where a drunk Tony used his armor to cause mayhem, Rhody decided to steal the Mark II armor to make him stop, thus ending in the two breaking ways.
Rhody went to Tony's rival company, Hammer Tech, to ask Justhin Hammer to update the Mark II using as much weapons as he can add to the armor. After that, James Rhodes became War Machine; joining in the Avengers as a supporting member during the events of Ultron, the Infinity War and undoing the Decimation.
