nah.. i like ringo a LOT..
but.. i like kururu more cause she's more cute and more lovely.... and we hav lots of "ringos" everywhere(i mean the girl like the guy and the guy see her as a friend and etc etc..)
kururu's relation with ikki is pretty diferent... i believe that maybe she luvs him but in a diferent way than ringo... and somehow.. it seems to be a more cool way than ringo...
maybe im just a bit tired of ringo type of girl...
as for the why people like so much kururu... there are many reasons... certainly going through her school uniform, passing by her shyness and going to her mystery mind...
if u get simca-chan her character design is a bit like kururu's... simca is also full of mysteries and its in ringo's way to get ikki(wich kururu is too but its a bit different)... the different point that make she the opposite from kururu is that she uses her sexy skills a lot... and that ikki seems to want to hav her....
in the end.. we hav... simca as sexy, ringo as an avarage type and kururu as the cutest.
even if they change positions in some situations thats the base for those "3 main girls" from air gear..

yeah i suppose there are quite a few ringos but that doesnt really take away from her character for me. i mean like i said kurururu is cool and all but i dont really find her that special, for me she's like 5th or something out of the girls
i get what your saying about her being cute and normally i lov the cute girls (orihime <3) but its like o/g is trying too hard to make her cute if you know what i mean, its just too much, where as simca and ringo are cute/sexy naturally and it fits much better (hopefully im making sense) but yeah your right i think that is the role they'v all been assigned and maybe if o/g pulls back a bit on the cuteness overdose i might like her a bit more but right now benkei, emily, ringo and simca have her beat hands down

yup simca is gone for a really long time... her part in manga is almost zero since she was ripped of by ringo...
im in 180 to 181.. i try to read the raw but im also reading sorascans version... and they are at chap 180.. (dont worry im not spoiling anything from chap 173 and ahead xD)
trying to read both versions(kuu and sorascans) and reading the raw helps me to learn better the japanese language xD

im studying japanese for 3 years and a half xD....
but its still a bit confusing sometimes to read manga cause the way that they really speak is a bit different from what we learn.. xD..
do u already hav a japanese dicionary in ur computer? i use one really good.. never had a kanji that i didnt find in it.. ^^...
