Xander utilizes computer modeling linked to 3-D printing technology to form the pieces and parts for his suit from Carbon Fiber, Titanium, ceramics, and other high-tech materials for maximum strength, rigidity, and flexibility; depending on location and use; while keeping the entire suit as non-magnetic and lightweight as possible while being stronger than steel. This allows his new suit to be smaller and more form fitting for easier mobility while actually being tougher than his previous version.
