As always, last minute entry, even though there was a full comic page planned. But, oh well. Maybe I will still finish that one and will upload later.
So, for now you have here Deshi Basara in his new and shiny battle tack, that was gifted to Tsotgerel as the gesture of friendship by the only son of the local ruler.
This tack defenitely should keep the noble foreign steed warm and safe from all of the dangers that Great North poses.
Tsotgerel was known as the Red Cat, he had a cat`s head depicted on his banner, his steed wore tiger pelt and was striped himself as legendary cats of East, called "tigers". Because of it the tack for the steed was styled in a cat-like way. At least as the northern craftsmen imagened big cats to be like. Therefore the headmask that intended to look like a cat`s head looked much more like short-snauted huge wolf with deadly canines.
The fine saddle is covered with the pelt of mist bear.
The enhanced leather chest plate is decorated with the Great Solar Eagle, divine symbol of Northern goddes of sun, warrior`s prowess and victory. Almost each leather plate is covered with images of the Great eagle`s feathers, also known as Falen starts to ensure good luck for the bearer. The rug, that hides protective chainmail and coldproof padding is of jarl`s clan`s banner colours.
It would be a great honor for any foreigner.
