Billie is not the brightest bulb. But he is the kindest soul you can find. He is always chill, lazy, bombproof. He is absolutely safe around other animals and kids. It seems he can not be bothered with anything, unless you offer him a carrot or dry salty bread. He will sell his soul for treats. Almost literally. He can be distracted from any other task with just a single little treat.
He does not like to run much, he does not get into any pony conflicts, yet won't allow anyone else to push him around.
He is not very flexible, but if you will manage to make him run... Those legs are long for a reason. He can and will run great for short distances and in straight lines.
Some dressage and pony gymnastics will do him a lot of good, clearly.
He loves to chill with cats and other docile animals.
A donkey managed to chew off his tail while he was snoozing in the paddock with him.
*Billy is a stallion, But... Mares are the last thing on his list of interests.

He was a kid's and beginner's pony at riding stables for a couple of years after not so successful career as a show jumping horse. Despite boiling hot bloods of his lineage he is one of the most chill horses out there. Lazy and content with easy life.
Unfortunately the stable had to cut their herd due to financial troubles and need of perspective, talanted horses. They apparently did not think of Billy as of one. Maybe they are making a big mistake with such a judgement?
