A little doodle of Princess Leia in her slave costume. The tattoos are just kind a fun story telling concept. I am a pin up photographer and looking for a logo for my buisness cards etc...something like this would be perfect, minus the weapon of course. Can you work something out this size and something that can be easily seperated from a neutral background and transferred to other color schemes etc.

I like pin-ups, and think this is an interesting mashup of different styles and with an unusual subject and themes. I saw this illustration when viewing someone's favorites and clicked on it because it looked interesting. In spite of the title I didn't make the connection to the Star Wars franchise until it loaded full-screen. There are a number of things I like about it.
Aside from the subject and the 'different' pin-up style I think the tattoos are quite clever. The rebel insignia is depicted on her shoulder with the word 'rebel' underneath causes me to wonder what the 'message' of the tattoo really is. Is it a call to action? Or is the 'rebel' a label she wears? The 'Never Forget' works both ways too. 'Honor Thy Father' and 'Han' are just piping on an already nicely iced cake. Interesting work.
