" Last fall i took a drawing and characterization class where i had to draw up fictional people, places and a script from imagination. I ended up doing somewhat of a medievil carnival gone wrong type thing.Well these are kinda cleaned up versions of what i came up with...im trying to possibly make a comic out of them.Darshan..he dosent talk much, he has 4 arms and he can spit fire outta his mouth....and if you say he reminds you of the street fighter guy i will poke you in the eye!"

also, the whole head seems a little flat, from the shading.

I don't like the 2nd set of arms, I think they should come out of the body higher up. use the street fighter guy for reference
also, I think the whole arm on (my) left holding the spear is a bit big.
the way you cut the figures out from the paper leave somthing to be desired, I don't like the edges around the whole image...
no really big qualms
apart from that, it's really nice

Bring out your poking finger.... because OMG!!! Dhalsiim is obviously the BIGGEST influence in this picture and description. Fire, arms, stuff. Just a mirror image of that Street Fighter guy.

Nice pic... I like the way he appears as "chiseled" over the background, gives more... strength? to his frame. For a 'regular' human being I'd tend to think his raised hands look a little too big, but well, he has four arms anyways, so this weirdness kinda fits the mood.
