Description
In the 1956 a prison in Houston Texas had one of the worst prison riots of the city. Ten prisoners and four guards were killed as a result. One of the guards a well seasoned officer by the name of Kegan Walker was shanked to death by the prisoners. The prison was miserably understaffed because the Warden was corrupt and refused to spend the money to hire more. Because of this the guards on duty couldn't control the riot which killed Walker. In death he is bound by justice for the mistakes his boss made while he was living.
