Description Tanktober / Inktober 2019 Day 16 prompt

One of the most interesting paint jobs on a tank, the M46 "Tiger" Patton during the Korean War.
The M46 Patton was an improvement over the underpowered M26 Pershing, replacing them and the legacy M4 Shermans soon as possible during the Korean War.
The 73rd Tank Battalion deployed in Korea painted their tanks with the colorful pictures of a tiger around February or March 1951 as an act of psychological warfare. This was due to the superstitions the North Koreans and Chinese have of tigers as kings of mountains and forests, and it was believed that the image may scare off some of the highly superstitious soldiers (similar to the shark-face war paint on some WW2 US aircraft done to scare off Japanese pilots).
