It's a cosplay if You have never heard about that hobby let me explain: cosplay means costume play when people make their own costume based on a reference picture (which is usually a fictional character). This Queen Esther is one of the main characters in a novel series called Trinity Blood. And as you see Trinity also comes from the Bible like the most of the characters in this story.
This novel has been adapted as a manga (japanese comic) and as an anime (japanese animation).

I think I'm not a showy-figurine I'm just a cosplayer who loves making costumes and being in characters. You can check out the artwork here which inspired me to make my biggest challenge costume ever:
