I'm not all that familiar with Nordanner tack, so this may be a little crazy and not fit the bill properly, but it was a lot of fun to invent, too.

Entry for ~Secret-Assasin-Emery 's point contest to design her horse - Figuratively Flying 2577 - daily and dragonhunter tack.

The basic rules were to keep to light blues and whites and a wintery theme - snowflakes and ice, you name it. I may have gone a little overboard XD.
Also, it is all flat coloured, as requested, but I have put shiny bits here and there to give a little idea of texture (and just coz I like them ).

The grey is metal/armour and the tack leather is all an off-white colour. The blue fabric is very lightweight and silky in texture. A thicker fleece can be worn beneath it and the saddle in cold weather. The icicles are made from a translucent, reflective material that resembles ice or glass but is more durable. The cloths over the saddle could be interchanged, too, so you can wear either of them with either the daily tack or the dragonhunter set

I also realise that leg guards are missing, but I was really stumped on how to design them, so assuming they're a mandatory part of the dragonhunter tack, I'll update this before the deadline with them

This design is only for the prospective use of ~Secret-Assasin-Emery No one else has permission to use it.

Should this design not win, I may auction it off if there's much interest, so keep an eye out .

I've not really drawn a Nordy before, so I'm not certain the build/breed type is perfect, but on the whole, I'm quite happy with it And the mare may not have the official cut, but I had to have a go at it . Also, I love this horse's colour scheme!

And I haven't drawn so many snowflakes in one place for a long time - if ever XD.

A few hours (I designed as I went along, so there was a fair bit of experiment and erase.
No refs, other than some of the official Nordanner tack sheets.
