part 2 of my "gym leaders, how are they now" thing for daycare daze......

after looking at the series how it is now (which you guys on DA are not quite caught up on ) I've noticed that kyla and I have worked in MOST of the gym leaders and elite four into the series (and that IS all the regions...... kanto, johto, hoenn, sinnoh, and unova though some are more involved than others)

so I've got a mini project..... show all the leaders as they are currently in the daycare daze series.........

DISCLAIMER when deciding what goes into the story of daycare daze, or the RPs that make up daycare daze, I tend to draw more from the games than the anime or manga, and what I cannot get from the games, I either make up, or talk out with kyla (who watches the show still, because I don't)
this means that most of what you see here in daycare daze might not be cannon, some is, some is blurred with cannon and fandom, and some is strictly from my OWN mind
so please, do NOT get mad if you do not agree, you have a choice to look at this, and it, in NO way affects YOUR stories unless you make it so.....(which in some cases can be cool X3)

and I'll be doing them in order...... SO that's kanto first, and the second gym leader is up now, cerulean's own .... misty!

after traveling around with ash for a while, she was called back to her gym to take over for her sisters (this part you already know if you watch the anime) but as the years went by she missed her friend, one day she got a call, ash was coming back to kanto and he wanted to see her.
soon ash was telling misty of all the adventures he'd had, but in all that time he'd come to miss his home region, and his old friends......... especially her
that was it, the two were inseparable after that, and in a year they were married, misty was 21 ash was 19. soon after, their son kai was born... currently, misty is 26, ash is 24, and kai is 3 (soon to be 4)

misty is still working as the gym leader for her town, her sisters come home from tour ever year for a week, and while they are there, misty ash and kai use the time for vacationing, usually in johto (which is why kai chooses johto over kanto once he sets off for his pokemon journey).
ash is now known as one of the pokemon masters, he roams around accepting challenges from trainers. he also will often go to mount silver to train, sometimes for weeks at a time, he and pikachu are still inseparable friends
kai looks up to his dad, he often mimics him and tries to use pikachu to battle (usually resulting in ash taking a thundershock in kai's place)

now about the pic........ I wanted to draw kai wearing ash's old hat, since kai will sometimes find it in ash's closet and take it,...... oh well.......
and I KNOW they aren't wearing they're "designated outfits"... there are 2 reasons for that....... 1. since this is several years later, who says that they would STILL be wearing the same thing........ ash changed his outfits several times in the series............. and 2. I was to lazy to look up refs for them XDDDDD I know, I'm terrible..... so I pretty much just made these clothes up, which is why they're boring........ SORRY!

I was hesitating to post this since I knew that I would have to type all this out XDDDD
