this is a good pencil rendition, however you really should give credit to [link] for the original work (which she did this piece and all... back in 2006)

But that's not the one I used as a template o.O I used one with a little different colors and a whole lot of black in the background...

okay- fair enough. But that piece still originated from fishtank. Whoever else you borrowed from as a template also got their piece from the original (either way, it all winds back to the original, and based off the way fishtank describes the drawing and how it took her over a year to come up with the unique pose, I'm mostly certain that picture originated from her.) Any time you use a reference, you should post a link or give credit, especially for a unique work. Even if you had pulled from a different picture, then you should have given them credit for the reference. That's just standard procedure.
