Done in 1998, using a mouse on a crappy PC which kept crashing on me every 20 mins. Technically this is awful but the reason I wanted to post this is for it's importance to me and my carreer.This was the piece that got me my first gig as a concept artist, working for Microforte and Interplay. I was sent the brief to design a character for a low grav environment. This would determine if I was to recieve an interview with MF or not. I was given (5 days) to come up with 6 -10 concept designs and a finished piece. I did it in 2 days.
In total I worked for MF for almost 4 years in both their studios.

Hell you did that with a mouse and going bad PC! I couldn't do that with a tablet and a great MAC man! This is awesome. Thanks for sharing!

Outstanding work, I never got into computers until mid 90's with a comadore 64 and got into digital art around three years ago I'm not all that good at it but its one of my biggest loves.

Way better than anything I could do with a mouse but I see what you mean, if you compare it to your more recent work. A really cool character design and no surprise that you got the job then.
