I've been watching alot of my digital tv, since I no longer have cable.So this is Dr. Two Brains from WordGirl on PBS. He, for some odd reason, is my favourite villain. I think my second favourite villain is Tobey.... Yeah....
I decided to draw him in PPG style. I don't I've uploaded my PPG versions of non-PPG characters. I have Ben 10 up here.
