This is an appropriated Captain America comic book cover from the 1940s. Featuring George W. Bush and John Howard.This was number 2 of six covers in my year 12 art major work. It made art express, which was an exhibition of the best works in the state.
#2 is set in Iraq (this was obviously made before Saddam's execution.. 2005 to be exact)
