EDIT: He's alot bigger and changed his element to Lazer, Got rid of his long sharp elbow spikes as I realised Vektor could stab himself constantly.

So here is the villainous moron himself! Veks! (don't call him that...you'll hurt his feelings)

A bit of a makeover for our cuddly, russian friend since his last spotlight fav.me/d9liuoq still hate drawing wings and not happy with the legs
Let me know if there are any mistakes I have not noticed because i've been working on this all day and i'm exhausted, my hand hurts ._.

Personality - Cold, hostile and dislikes strangers, if you are no use to him then you are dead. He enjoys watching others suffer and torturing them both physically and mentally, selfish and cruel minded. Very rarely will he let you live or run away. Unlike Nuria who kills for survival this guy does it for kicks. Not loyal to any kingdom, country or anything in general, if he has a use for you he'll use you but not interested in females or partnership, prefers to be left alone, which is putting it nicely

Advantages and Disadvantages - Skilled assassin and fighting 1 v 1 and in large groups is his advantage. After battle anyone unfortunate enough left alive he'll most likely torture them to finish them off.
His drawbacks are his element, even it's extremely hot it has very short range and thus he needs to get uncomfortably close to enemies to burn them. Also his tail is heavy and has a tendency to get stuck in the ground if he misses his target. Loves to inject poison into enemies through his claws.

Likes - Killing, stealing, being dominate/in charge, causing pain and suffering to others, flying, stealth, guns, tanks, history, destruction

Hates - Kindess shown towards him, those helping the poor or lower class, emotion towards other, love, not being in charge or being dominated by, those that manage to escape him, losing, wildlife, nature, ice (it effects his element)
