Nu is an experimental gate that is forged from the cauldron underneath the 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi. She is Murakumo unit that is set to intercept Ragna the Bloodedge, a dangerous S class criminal, but she is in no means a combatant for justice.

Her fighting style involves powerful zoning moves that involve her Drive, sword summoner. By using her drive in conjunction with her close range sword moves, Nu is a deadly foe when matched with her.
