I don't think is really steampunk, still is a pretty amazing work O:

Well, the definition of Steampunk is a parallel world Victorian-era in which steam technology was picked as the powersource of choice instead of electicity. Yeah the knight in full armor looks a bit out of place, but the lady in the front is wearing a bracer, a huge airship is flying in the sky, and the buildings in the far back seem to have pipes leading up its sides (so steam is running iside), so I think this could be called steampunk enough.
