My half of the trade with, ~! ^w^Her amazing guy character, Melistio
That's right, Melistio is a GUY XD
I can't draw men... I fail at them >.o And guys with long hair~ I think I fail even more at them >_> So.. I guess doing this was good practice on men! ^^'
Seriously, I completely ruined her character~ ;w; He's so soo~ cool >w< I just love him <33 And his wings ^^
Melistio's not meant to be a bad guy; but in one of her deviations with him, Bezu talked about how Melistio tried to prove that he wasn't evil by slaying a dragon; so it brought up this idea into my head >o<'

Do you happen to plan out the anatomy before you draw?
Anatomy seems to be a weakness to you, and it would help you a lot if you block it out!
You'll see how the body will look before you add all the details an you can make corrections at the early stages of the piece!

Actually, my sketches look quite different @w@ Usually the anatomy on them is right; but I change the sketch slightly when I outline so it looks a bit different >.o

That's why digital is more convenient; you can scan in your sketch and if you don't like the lineart you can alter it ^^' For traditional, once the lineart is done... it's done Dx

Not always.
If you scan your lineart be fore you color, it can be fixed via photoshop/SAI/GIMP and tablet.
and any artist can make the best of a mistake
