Want to try my hand at mechanical things --- and Zoids have always been one of my childhood favourites.
Didn't use many references cause I wanted to see where my knowledge was at in terms of these things -- then in the coming time I want to improve on it. So this may be the first of a few?
Loads of mistakes in terms of mechanical anatomy. Ah well.
Started at midnight after I couldn't sleep after studying. Finished at about 4am orz

Oh man, I loved that show! I think Cartoon Network randomly stopped showing it though, so I missed a lot. ffffuuuuu I might have to go find it online or Amazon or something...
ALSO I think it looks fantastic, especially if you don't normally draw mechanical things! \o/

This looks very good. If you like drawing them, you could contact about putting a pic in the Zoids Fan Anthology II. I have pics of 2 of my customs in the fist one.

Aw man, ZOIDS. -swoons- It was a huge part of my childhood, probably the first show that really got me into anime.
For using few refs, this is pretty sweet.
