What can I say? You captured the personality and cheer of Spheal in a nutshell, and displayed in in a beautiful piece of gorgeous artwork. You actually reminded me of how cute I used to find this little guy. Your lines are clean which is always an important thing, your shading has a consistent light source and isn't too dark compared to the base colours, however I think I'd shade the upper part of the fang as opposed to the bottom since it's under his lip and the light wouldn't hit there, but it's no big deal really. Altogether it's just all around a beautiful piece of an underrated Pokemon. I love it, great job!
