Can you give some tips on digital lineart drawing? I just can't produce a neat line

I draw it out messy and use the hot keys "b" and "e" to quickly switch between brush and erase, in order to clean it up. The smudge tool helps smooth out the rough spots, you could also use the blur brush to "smooth" edges. Be careful not to overdo it, or it will just look out of focus.

My lines are often out of focus because i use soft round to draw and soft round to erase. How about long lines and curves? Do you use "pen tool" for that?

I did, but lately I've grown lazy and just do the lines in illustrater and copy/paste them.

Well, not really. The thing that takes the longest is coloring it. I think hair is my least favorite thing to draw/color.
