awwww this is adorable! I love pokemon and all the creatures from the game! I really like how you made shiny Latias look in this! so cute! The designis spot on and the coloring is ood1 shading is even and well distributed. The wings and arms look good as well, I like how she has no eye brows or mouth or anything and you managed to capture her little facial expression with just her eyes! That was very good! I like how you used white in this picture too, to make her look shiny and cartoony! Over all very good, I like this picture.
