Bad memories are always stronger than good one.I'm wonder why ?
It is because we expect from live only pleasure ? Or we want to remember bad things better to avoid it in future ?

It makes me think about all the mature themes kids are exposed to these days, because of her rather profound expression. Childhood is a time of much struggle, and very little power over what happens to you. Children are quick to adapt to whatever lifestyle they grow up in, and are forged, wrongly at times, to put up with it. In their adult life, when their eyes begin to open to the diversity and adversity that truly surrounds them... well that's what we live now, as adults, isn't it? It's strange, and a little scary, but awakening was never really easy.

Bad things threaten us with injury or death---pretty memorable I think. Important life lessons make stronger brain imprints. Also, I believe, our "need" for significance (to overcome fear) causes us to "collect" important memories (stories).
