It hasn't been drawn yet ;D
Well I have a concept, but I still have to work it out.
It'll be based on a marlin (and a pirate's captain).

oh, nice work. I love how you did the pirate like theme with the bandana and and stripes on the fish, and the color palette is quite balanced. love it
