What if shiny Sakanopy's flowers & fruits came in purple, making them "Umekanopy" or "Rikanopy," or they could be light, pale orangish-pink making them "Pichikanopy/Mono(ko)kanopy."
Also, imagine it having seasonal forms with spring being the season of flowering & summer as the season of ripening. All the leaves just turn pink in spring as the berries themselves start to really grow; large, magenta, & slightly lumpy for the Cherubi & small, but shiny red & juicy for regular cherries & even Cheri & Leppa berries!

True, but there are also Pokémon with about the same total base stats (or higher) that still evolve, like Klang, Magneton, Chansey, Porygon2, Electabuzz, Rhydon, etc. So it would be possible.
