It is. The original photo reminded me of Andrew Eldritch on the cover of Floodland. And since the picture doesn't have any "solid" colouring it looks - at least to me - like it would be a reflection. Hence the title.

I hadn't seen the album art for Floodland before, but now that you mention it the resemblance is certainly there.
