After loud days I NEED silence to re-energize me. My way to re-charge is to be alone

I definitely need time to recharge after days like that. Depending on the loud day, you can end up feeling more socially deprived afterwords than when you started, despite the intentions of the day in the first place. Introversion is a strange thing!
