This is Shinju, a mermaid that has been around for nearly a century and a half. Her whole life have been around the waters of Japan. She loves exploring the sea around her and meeting all sorts of places and people. However, many people were a bit afraid of her as they never saw anything like her before. She found humans interesting and wanted to learn more about them. Adventurous and curious, Shinju roams the oceans in search of someone who could possibly tell her more about the world outside of the waters
